The benefits include full coverage medical, vision, dental and life. L&L Freight Services absorbs a portion of the medical, vision, dental and 100 percent of the life insurance premium. Employees can also set up a weekly payroll deduction on a Cafeteria Plan that allows the amount to be withheld from gross pay before taxes.
Employees are eligible for health benefits on the first day of the month following the first 60 days of employment and are eligible for our Simple IRA Plan after two years of employment and $5,000 gross pay within a calendar year.
